Hi Donna!! From the initial Sales Pitch to the installation of the vinyl, it's been a first class experience. Patrick made selecting the pool size and options painless and was available throughout the installation and even continues to be afterwards to remedy the iron in the water. He eased the process of making a significant purchase and being comfortable with the decisions. Tom, Alex and the entire construction crew installed the pool in a timely and seamless manner. All needs were met and Alex went above and beyond to help out on my Sunroom when installing the footer around the pool-very much appreciated. The concrete job is the finest work I've seen. My property has well over 250 yards of concrete installed, and this last pour around the pool is flawless. And, of course Donna and all the sales staff in the store. Very helpful and genuinely concerned. Your support with our water issues has been stellar. Your concern almost outweighs ours-very much appreciated!! Overall a very positive experience with what could be a very stressful one. We are enjoying the pool almost on a daily basis as a family and also with friends. It all started with Patrick. He came to my home to teach me about pools. He was so knowledgeable and had a wonderful book with explanations and pictures. Besides all that, he was funny and entertaining. And he made the transition from thinking about a pool to a reality easy. Then I met Alex. What a delightful young man. A man of few words had so much information when I had questions. He is so organized, steering the digging to filling to filling the pool with water without a hitch. After that, I got to meet the ladies of the store. Donna and Michelle are top notch. They make sense of the confusion of choosing a liner, explaining the pros and cons of each choice. And they make pool maintenance a breeze. And they recognize me and greet me by name every time I come in. That is truly personal service at its finest! Tom has been out to resolve the few problems I've had, even digging my Croc that got sucked from my foot from the mud I created while wetting down the dirt to prepare for the concrete.
