Transferable Limited Warranty

Fort Wayne Pools warrants that its steel panels will be free from defects in workmanship for as long as they are owned by the original retail purchaser, or a registered second owner. This means that if you should sell your home, you can transfer your pool wall warranty to the buyer. This gives buyers peace of mind and makes your home a more attractive purchase.

Each Fort Wayne Pool liner is warranted to the original purchaser for a period of 20 years. This limited warranty warrants against failure resulting from defective workmanship only (i.e. seam separation).

Fort Wayne Pools warrants that the Acrylic Fiberglass step will retain its structural integrity and shape for a period of twenty-five (25) years. During this time period, Fort Wayne Pools warrants that the finish will not split, break, rip, corrode or tear apart.

The Lomart 3-Year Limited Warranty

The first 3 years of both pool and liner warranties are covered 100% against manufacturer defects.
The remainder of each warranty is prorated.
Pool & frame – 20 Year Limited.
Liner – 15-20 Years.
Limited depending on item selected.

Portable Spas

The Exclusive Marquis Spas “Owners Protection Plan”

• Structure and leaking – 2 years
• Major components and leaking – 2 years
• Factory-installed parts – 3 years
